The tester is designed to read the correct pin configuration 10 Base-T (Category 5), 10 Base-2 cable (coax), RJ45/RJ11 modular cables, 356A, TIA-568A/5688 and Token Ring cable by comparing one transmitting end to the corresponding receiving end. This remote kit ensures that the tester can test cables installed far away either on wall plate or patch panel, whilst being easy to verify the cable continuity, open, short and cross connect.
